INFORMATION AND REQUESTS

INFORMATION AND REQUESTS.

Each week this blog will publish on Friday at 6pm Irish time. Mister Linky will remain open until 8am on Monday.

PLEASE LINK DIRECTLY to your monochrome post. If your link leads to your home page it makes it very difficult for anyone trying to visit after a few days.

PLEASE don't hide your photo(s) in a whole string of entries for other memes - it's hard for all concerned.

PLEASE post ONLY BLACK AND WHITE photos - no patches of colour and no sepia or other colour treatments however good they may look. A black and white photo with added colour will lead to REMOVAL OF THE LINK. This challenge is ONLY for black and white photographs.

Friday, 18th February, 2022.

I'M SAD TO REPORT THAT THE HUSBAND OF OUR FRIEND FOLLYGIRL LOST HIS FIGHT WITH CANCER TODAY.  I WISH TO SEND HER MUCH LOVE AND SYMPATHY.

Great photos last week  from Kwarkito (Station Saint Michel), Einari Sinappi (Market Place in Lahti, Finland), klara, Brussela (Weekend), rupam (Winter Morning), WoollyMuses (Geelong Ferris Wheel), and magiceye (Architecture).

As most of you know, I try not to select photos from the same photographers two weeks running - but sometimes I stretch my rules a bit.  I couldn't ignore this amazing image from Photomono (Ready for love) so here it is for those of you who may not have seen it.

Click the links above or the photos themselves to view them full size - it's worth it!

If I'm unable to comment on your post, whatever the reason, I want you to know that I still look at and appreciate your photos.

Many thanks for honoring me with a two-in-a-row selection. But please keep in mind that the bird did all the work. I just pushed the button.

so sorry to hear that Follygirl's husband has passed. On another note, I'm not surprised the bird got a mention...it is a real stunner!
